Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original, like-new condition, unwashed, unworn, and free of any damage not caused during shipping.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Store Credit: If the item doesn’t fit or you’d like to exchange it for a different size, design, or product, we offer store credit once the item is returned and inspected.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping costs on exchanges or store credit. Please ensure you order your proper size to avoid return shipping costs.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or has a printing error, please contact us immediately at Support@SacredSenses.Shop with photos of the issue.

  • In these cases, we offer a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs, to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom items like photography prints, clearance products, or any item marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Support@SacredSenses.Shop with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue store credit or process your refund if applicable.
